The purpose of the Kansas Statewide Farmworker Health Program (KSFHP) is to assure access to primary health care services for low-income and medically underserved migratory and seasonal farmworkers (MSFW). If you or a family member have worked in agriculture (crops) (animals) in the past two years, contact the Central Region Case Manager to see if you qualify. You and your family may be eligible for help with medical services.
